ADA Compliance

Purpose:



The Americans with Disabilities Compliance Workshop is designed to inform participants of the legal requirements and sensitize participants to the issues of disabled individuals in the workforce.



Methodology:

The workshop will include a thorough overview of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and exercises designed to sensitize managers and coworkers to the obstacles faced by handicapped applicants and employees. (Length of the workshop is 2 to 3 hours depending on need).
